FutureWork™ School K-12 Edition

FutureWork™ School – K-12 Edition is a strategic capability development model designed to help the adults who support students prepare for the accelerating impact of artificial intelligence, automation, digital transformation, and changing workforce expectations.

The initiative operates through the FutureWork™ ecosystem, developed by NJIT’s Learning and Development Initiative.

Rather than focusing only on students, this model supports school administrators, teachers, staff, parents, and community partners who play a critical role in helping students succeed.

FutureWork™ School – K-12 Edition is designed for the adults across the school community, including:

FutureWork™ helps school administrators strengthen leadership readiness for the Age of AI.
