Each pathway aligns with key FutureWork™ skill domains and provides flexible options ranging from self-assessments and short microlearning courses to more comprehensive workforce training programs. Together, these pathways allow learners and organizations to identify skill gaps, develop relevant capabilities, and advance through targeted learning experiences that support continuous growth in a rapidly changing world.
