The FutureWork™ Organization

A FutureWork™ Organization is a business, agency, nonprofit, institution, or partnership that uses NJIT’s FutureWork™ ecosystem to strengthen workforce readiness, improve organizational adaptability, and prepare employees and leaders for success in the Age of AI.

The model combines the FutureWork™ Framework, the FutureWork™ Inventory, and the FutureWork™ Portfolio into an integrated workforce capability development ecosystem.

The FutureWork™ Organization model is designed for organizations across sectors and industries, including:
