The following Subject Matter Experts (SME/s) helped create this microcredential. Working alongside the Learning and Development Initiative (LDI) staff at NJIT, each SME had to go through a vetting process, complete a course proposal form, build a storyboard, and then ensure the material for each course meets the learning standards as identified by the LDI using a Quality Matters rubric.

Rachael is the executive director of the National Council of Local Administrator (NCLA) – a membership organization serving career and technical education administrators – and a frequent keynote speaker at education and workforce development events on disruptive technology, education, and the changing landscape of work.
