Help with Canvas: For any technical issues with a non-credit course in Canvas, the Learning Management System (LMS), such as login problems, course navigation difficulties, or module assessment issues, please contact LDIHelp@njit.edu. When reporting a technical issue, be as specific as possible, including the exact error message, the browser you are using, the device, and the steps you took leading up to the problem. 

Help with Course Content: For general assistance with non-credit course content, course links and resources, or other course matters, please contact LDISupport@njit.edu. Be sure to put the non-credit course title in the subject line, state the specific concept, section, or resource with which there is an issue, and include your contact information. Someone from the LDI team will respond.
