Dr. Michael Edmondson serves as the Associate Provost of Continued Learning who founded and manages the Learning and Development Initiative (LDI).

The Learning and Development Initiative (LDI) advances digital equity and AI literacy for communities while strengthening workforce capability for organizations through FutureWork™ our proprietary learning and development ecosystem for the age of artificial intelligence.

Our portfolio of non-credit courses, workforce development training programs, and customized learning solutions equips individuals and organizations with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in a changing world.
