FutureWork for NonProfits

FutureWork for Nonprofits helps nonprofit executives, program directors, and staff explore how artificial intelligence and digital transformation can amplify mission impact, strengthen community engagement, and expand organizational capacity. NJIT’s Learning and Development Initiative (LDI) partners with nonprofits to build digital confidence, ethical AI awareness, and workforce readiness aligned with each organization’s mission and community goals. The program emphasizes accessible, values-driven innovation—helping nonprofits adopt technology that enhances, rather than replaces, the human relationships at the heart of their work. Participants learn how to integrate AI tools into fundraising, outreach, and data collection while maintaining privacy, transparency, and trust. FutureWork for Nonprofits equips mission-based organizations with the knowledge and confidence to operate efficiently, tell their stories more effectively, and extend their reach within the communities they serve.
