FutureWork for Colleges helps academic leaders, faculty, and staff explore how artificial intelligence and digital transformation can expand access, strengthen institutional capacity, and align education with evolving workforce needs. NJIT’s Learning and Development Initiative (LDI) partners with colleges to build agile, future-ready ecosystems that integrate noncredit learning, AI literacy, and workforce development across programs, departments, and community partnerships.
