This event is organized and managed by The Learning and Development Initiative (LDI) of NJIT.

This full-day program is designed to equip you with the skills, strategies, and mindset needed to thrive as a leader in a rapidly evolving world. Whether you're a first-time manager or a seasoned leader, this training will help you navigate challenges, foster innovation, and make informed decisions in times of uncertainty.

Throughout the day, we will explore five key areas critical to modern leadership:

AI and Leadership – Understanding how artificial intelligence is transforming leadership and decision-making, and how to leverage AI tools responsibly and effectively.
Creative Problem-Solving – Developing innovative thinking and overcoming barriers to creativity when leading teams and making strategic decisions.
Managing in Uncertainty – Learning how to lead with confidence in unpredictable environments, maintain resilience, and keep teams engaged through change.
First-Time and Experienced Managers – Recognizing the distinct challenges at different leadership levels and developing strategies to bridge the leadership gap.
